Abstract: Vinflunine (VFL) is a semi-synthetic Nor-5’anhydrovinblastine which inhibits mitotic microtubule polymerization. The aim of this study was to investigate the antitumor activity of VRL intravenously (IV) weekly injected (Q7Dx4) in Nude rats bearing subcutaneous (SC), metastatic and orthotopic PC-3 or PC-3M human prostate tumors.
